Curly Hair

Lindsey can custom order curly hair extensions to match many naturally curly hair textures! If you have curly hair, but straighten your hair daily, straight extensions may be a better option for you. Lindsey can help guide you toward what will work best with your daily routine!

Thin or Thinning Hair

Extensions are an excellent option for thin and thinning hair! Your options with extensions depend on the placement of your thinning, how thin your hair is, and how you like to wear your hair. With new techniques like Combline and V-Light, there are more options than ever for thin and thinning hair! Lindsey can complete an online or in-person consultation with you to determine the best options for your hair.

Fine Hair

Lindsey specializes in fine hair, and keratin-tipped extensions are an excellent option for fine hair!

Is my hair too short for Hair Extensions?

If you want length added to your hair, you will often need 5-6 inches of current length in the areas where we need to put the extensions. The exception to this can be if you have extremely fine hair. Often, with fine hair, we can achieve more length with shorter hair. Generally, we only need about 3-4 inches of growth if you are looking for added fullness. Please fill out the Online Consultation Form to determine what we can realistically achieve with your current length.

What if I am losing or shedding my natural hair?

If you are currently shedding a lot of hair due to stress-related hair loss, recent surgery, health complications, or a recent pregnancy it is sometimes best to wait until the shedding slows down before getting your extensions done. However, this is something that we can better evaluate in your consultation. First, speak with your healthcare provider to confirm what is causing your hair loss and ask them if they recommend waiting for extensions. If they say you are okay to get extensions, fill out the Online Consultation Form or call or text Lindsey at 907-440-7198 to determine if extensions would be a good option for you!

Alopecia

Hair extensions can still be an option if you have Alopecia. Please get in touch with your healthcare provider to find their recommendation and ensure they say you can receive hair extensions. Lindsey has worked with several people with Alopecia and can happily schedule a private or virtual consultation. She can help determine if you are a good candidate for this hair extension method and walk you through your options! Fill out the Online Consultation Form or call or text Lindsey at 907-440-7198 to determine if extensions would be a good option for you!

Trichotillomania

Hair extensions can still be an option if you have trichotillomania. As with all hair loss, please first consult your healthcare professional to determine their recommendation. Lindsey has worked with trichotillomania and would love to schedule a private or virtual consultation to discuss your hair extension options. Fill out the Online Consultation Form or call or text Lindsey at 907-440-7198 to determine if extensions would be a good option for you!

COVID Hair Loss

"COVID Hair" is a newly coined term for the hair loss some people experience after having COVID. While it looks like this hair loss is temporary, that doesn't keep you from missing your full hair! I've had some questions about whether or not hair extensions are okay if you've had covid-related hair loss. The answer is yes! While waiting for your natural hair to grow back, we can apply hair extensions to help you feel like yourself again.

Autoimmune Hair Loss/Thinning

Autoimmune diseases/disorders often can cause thinning of the hair. Medications can help recover your hair, but in the meantime hair extensions can be an excellent option to help your hair feel fuller and longer! Keratin bonded extensions are customizable for each individual persons goals and current hair!
